Beginning of Issue 1: Inspiration
I'm hoping to get out one a week, give or take a few days, so look forward to them!

:3 I see panel 3 would be the portion applicable to the tutorial?

Good job. ^^ It looks like it came out right. 600dpi should be more than enough, even for printing needs. You may want to be careful regarding two different methods of toning though .. chances are the pattern block and converting grayscale to bitmap will result in a different number of dots per inch .... it may look inconsistent [when printed] and may cause miore if you overlap the dots.

Yeah, panel 3 and the background for panel 4. I'll probably try to stick with one method for the rest, but I had already done the side picture with the screentones, and didn't want to switch her hair tones ect. on the same page.
Also, I think I might have to increase the number of lines for halftoning, or at least mess with settings. The tones on the desk in panel 4 look a little too checkered.

Either way, thanks a bunch or the tutorial. Twas quite helpful =3

photoshop all the way, besides lineart.
for the toning, I mainly used :iconblix-it:'s tutorial. Other than that its all just old fashioned pen and paper
